Dr Olusola Olulope

MBBS FRACGP – Dip in Skin Cancer Surgery

Dr Sola as he is fondly called by his patients has been practicing Medicine for over two decades. He is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioner from 2006. He is a trainer / supervisor with GPqT.

He has special interest in Maternal and Child Health, Men’s health and Geriatric Medicine.

Outside of work, he loves church where he participates actively. He is married to Fola and blessed with three lovely children. He dotes on his family. He loves soccer, tennis, reading and singing. Sola has a great sense of humour.



Dr Alam Shakib Syed


Graduated in 2002 from Pakistan, and then moved to Oman as a General Practitioner, until he joined us in 2012. He takes a preventative health care approach to all his patients. He is currently working towards his fellowship in general practice.

He has special interest in Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Geriatric, Travel Medicine and Minor Skin Procedures. He has undertaken additional training in Implanon insertion, as well as gained certification in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine.

Shakib enjoys cricket, travelling and movies.



Dr James Chanaka


Dr James has been practicing medicine for a while now.

He has special interest in Children’s Health and addressing mental health problems including bereavement, anxiety and depression. He also enjoys doing minor surgery including excision of Skin Moles.

Socially he likes hanging out with his children at the beach in summer. He likes to watch soccer.


Dr Nilesh Kapadia

Dr Nilesh is originally from the beautiful Fiji Islands where he completed his medical degree. He has worked in Australia since 2006. He worked in various public hospitals including the Gold Coast, Prince Charles.

He has obtained basic Physician training with the RACP and his particular interests have been a General Medicine and Cardiology.

His hobbies include playing Tennis, fishing and spending time with family.


Dr Roshanie Perera

Before entering General practice as a GP registrar, Roshanie worked in several public hospitals in New South Wales and Queensland which includes more than 2 years of training in Emergency Medicine.

She started her GP training in New South Wales and later moved to Hervey Bay. Roshanie is interested in general medicine an Paediatrics.

Apart from her work, Roshanie is a busy mum of two little children and loves to listen to music if she get any spare time.



Dr Samiya Nusrat

Dr Samiya graduated from Bangladesh & worked for hospital & General Practice there for few years. She moved to Australia & finished Australian Medical Council exams & worked more than 2 years for public hospitals in Victoria & Queensland. She did her Postgraduate Diploma In Child Health from Women’s & Children’s Hospital, South Australia.

Samiya joined the team on 2016 & currently working towards her fellowship in general practice.

With patient friendly approach, her special interest in Women’s & children’s health. Also she likes to work on Chronic Disease Management & preventative health care.

She is happily married & blessed with a lovely daughter. During spare time she enjoys melodious music, classical dance & loves to cook varieties of delicious Bangladeshi foods.”


Dr Sajid Qamar

Dr Sajid is an overseas medical graduate, completing his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) in Pakistan. He has worked in Emergency and Family medicine overseas and in Australia.

Currently he is undergoing vocational training in Hervey Bay. Before joining GP training, he has worked in Perth in public hospitals and after hours care.

He enjoys a variety of GP presentations and has particular interest in Chronic Disease Management, Women’s and Children’s Health.

In his spare time, he likes playing cricket, spending time with family and listening to music.
